Purpose: The Institute for Ethical and Transformational Leadership (IETL) is a Christian-based leadership think tank at the Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development and exists:
To gather a cross-section of cutting-edge thinkers, strategists, creatives, academics, clergy, and marketplace leaders to engage in rigorous research and discussion on various pressing issues from a Christian leadership perspective.
To produce and disseminate statistics, articles, and reports offering recommendations for issues addressed.
To host an annual summit for participants to engage in Think Tank laboratories with the research to be applied in their context.
To provide a seven-week internship for cadets of the Evangeline Booth College where research can be conducted, and findings shared.
Mission: The mission of the IETL is to provide Christian leaders with research, perspectives, and strategies on pressing issues from ethical and transformational perspectives.
Vision: The vision of the IETL is to significantly increase the presence of ethical and transformational Christian leaders in key positions of influence.
