Major Dr. Joanne Holz

Director of School for Leadership Development

Major Dr. Holz has served over thirty-five years as a Salvation Army Officer as corps officer, in the Education Department and Director of Curriculum at Evangeline Booth College, Divisional Headquarters as Candidates and Christian Education Secretary, Divisional Secretary, General Secretary, and on Territorial Headquarters, establishing the Office of Personal and Spiritual Formation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion and Psychology from Liberty University and a Master of Science in Christian Psychological Studies and Spiritual Formation from Richmont University. In July 2009 she married Dr. Richard Holz and they continue in ministry together. She is the mother of a son, Brock, who resides with Jesus, and a daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Robert Snelson, along with two beautiful grandchildren. Major Dr. Holz has a vision and passion for Leadership Development in the context of personal and corporate spiritual formation.

Pamela Bosworth

Pamela Bosworth

Assistant Director of the School for Leadership Development

Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from Nazarene Bible College and Master of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is experienced in non-profit management and in leader development. Pamela enjoys training and coaching that is transformational in helping Christian leaders learn to apply Biblical principles in practical ways so that their Being and Doing is centered in Christ.

Dr. Jonathan Lotson

Dr. Jonathan Lotson holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Masters of Divinity degree from the Charles Harrison Mason Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center, and a Bachelors in Music with a minor in Africana Studies from Berklee College of Music. Jonathan is very involved in his local church and a proud member of the Church of God in Christ where he serves in many capacities. Jonathan is passionate about helping the School for Leadership Development meet and exceed its goals, and to help further its influence in and outside the Salvation Army.

Leadership Development Curriculum Writer/Trainer

A native of Aurora, IL. T. Lynn serves as a volunteer Chaplin for the Fulton County Sherriff’s Department. T. Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts from North Central College—Naperville, IL, Master of Science in Business and Management from National-Louis University—Wheaton, IL, Master of Arts in Church Music from the Interdenominational Theological Seminary—Atlanta, GA, and Doctor of Sacred Music from Union Bible Theological Seminary—New Albany, IN. T. Lynn serves as the Pastor of Worship and Arts at Hinsley Temple Church Of God In Christ and the Minister of Worship at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church both in Atlanta, GA. T. Lynn’s passion is mentoring and speaking life into young adults, and listening to the Father in intercessory prayer.
