Cucumber Sandwich
(Bread-less option for those trying to cut down on processed carbohydrates)
Ingredients:
Slices of Cucumber
Lunch meat (preferably no nitrates or nitrites)
Cheese
Just layer and enjoy!
Turkey, Avocado, Asparagus wrap
Ingredients:
Turkey (preferably no nitrates or nitrites)
Avocado
Cooked Asparagus
Mayo (Omega 3 Mayo w/Flax Oil)
Stone Ground Mustard
Sandwich wraps
Lettuce +/or tomato
Lay wrap flat, spread mayo and mustard then add your ingredients and roll. Enjoy!
